I ordered white grab bars off the dropdown menu of their website, my receipt email said I ordered white grab bars they sent me stainless steel grab bars. I contacted Grab Bar Specialists for an exchange and they sent me an email stating it was my error that the grab bars were stainless because I put in the wrong item number (remember I just chose white off the drop down menu.) Long story short I returned the grab bars and they charged me a 25% restocking fee and scolded me about putting the wrong item number in my request although I just ordered off their drop down menu and my receipt said the grab bars would be white.

I hope they enjoy 25% I will be paying them for their mistake because they will never get any more of my money again. Stay away from this company.
