Rh benson chrome light fixture came incomplete. Electrician could not hang fixture. Lens would fall off. Seller would not accept return because complaint was filed more than 7 days after i received fixture. Customer service kept promising me resolution.
In the end customer service would not help because it was 7 days after light fixture was delivered. Seller at dh gate was willustr. Very arrogant. Called me at midnight. I will never order from them again. My advice is: don't take a chance. I lost 245.52. Kl

DO NOT BUY FROM DH GATE.
PHOTO 1: SHOWS MISSING HINGE IN MIDDLE WITH COMPLETE HINGES ON LEFT AND RIGHT.
PHOTO 2; SHOWS CLOSEUP WHERE CLAMP OF HINGE WAS MISSING. IT COULD NOT CLAMP LENS TO FIXTURE WITHOUT THIS PIECE. SO SORRY I EVERY TRUSTED THEM. KL
