They owed me 83.00 dollars an said its like an instore credit at which I will never use again and they will not put the money back on to my credit card. Mark couldn't answer the simple questions.

I purchased a flight to Italy and I was under the impression I would get back 7% it was not the fact. It was 1.50 not happy I didn't read the fine print an felt like I was miss led.
