I have used this site two other times and was happy with my purchase but... the last time I purchased the part, a hood protector, that they said would fit my truck. It didn't come close. Then the nightmare started. After over 7 hours on hold ( devided between 9 calls) for customer service. I gave up calling, tried email, all I got was a form reply that said call customer service... I finally fumbled my way through a return on website. Which they never told me was an option. Then after printing a return label I find out they are keeping $53.75 of the $133.99 purchase price for " restocking fees and shipping" This for a mistake that they made on their website to begin with. A costly lesson learned.
