I placed my daughter's wedding candy order and it arrived quickly and packaged well. The candy sticklettes we ordered were blue instead of pink. After reading the website I was not concerned regarding getting a replacement, but after 2 emails and 2 phone calls I have not been able to get anyone from their company to respond. Brian claims on the website and his phone message that he will get right back to you. But 4 days later no word from anyone. I will not order from them again and do not recommend them to anyone else. If there is a problem with you order, you might just be out of luck!

So for another shipping fee, we believe it must be the customs fee charged by your local customs.
