Secret Escapes are a great company, booked an hotel for November 2020 but obviously with Covid it had to be cancelled, long story short after having to change the dates over another 3 times we finally got there this September. Secret Escapes kept us informed every step of the way and informed us of what we needed to do to to change dates or get a refund if we wished. Really professional company, used a couple of times and will use again.

They take your money but you never see the product you have paid for, if you are lucky to get hold of someone all you get is the same rubbish over & over again. Over a month I have been trying to find out if/when i will be getting my item to no avail. So trust me you will spend money on a product and then money on P&P but never get the item. Read the other reviews on this company! How they are allowed to trade and steal money off hard working people is beyond me, it is sickening. Scam company! Only gave one star because you couldn't give it none.
