This company is an absolute nightmare. Simply getting ONE issue resolved has lead to more issues, frustration and time that I just don't have on a workday. I've placed 5 calls and have gotten nowhere and it's only noon. I've been trying to get help for 5 hours and just keep getting excuses (all which make it seem like I'M the one causing the issue), transferred or hung up on. My patience tolerance is very very high but at this point I never want to spend another penny on this phone plan ever again.The reps are very condescending and curt and I just seemed to be getting shoved off and ignored. I spoke to two reps that accepted my Access PIN and the 3rd tried to tell me that the PIN I provided was incorrect? Then dropped my call completely. They still haven't sent a survey lol. It's nonsense. I intend on getting off of this phone plan ASAP and highly discourage anyone considering Page Plus. Just spare yourself
