Charged card immediately. Said free shipping and sent day of order. My order(14 days later) still says "processing". So, it hasn't shipped. Can't get ahold of anyone. Was ordering for my 6 year olds birthday and it never came. Still trying to get ahold of ANYONE to cancel order. Going to have to deal with my cc company to try to get a refund.
