When I canceled.
Yea thanks for calling everyday and then when we get your order set you cancel your order. Not the type of customer we want. Hope you have success on finding a 20ga casket at the prices we sell to the public for.
I ordered the casket April 4. My mom died April 16. Still hadn't gotten it they promise an overnight delivery. You called them ask them they promise it for the next day you never get it. They shift the blame to you when you don't get it and you cancel. Not very honest people I have talked to other casket companies and they say they're notorious for this and for overcharging double charging people. So please do not order from these people.
They only give you a rating of 1 to 5 to choose from, but I would give them a -5
