PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE - AVOID VEENA WORLD AT ALL COSTS!
One of my relatives booked an Europe trip 3 years ago with Veena world. Unfortunately, the trip was cancelled by Veena World due to Covid-19 outbreak. After taking the complete booking amount, Veena world promised to plan them in the next tour once the tour resumes. My relative was quite understanding, agreed to the proposal and patiently waited for Veenaworld to resume their tour operation. In 2023 Q1, Veenaworld planned them on a tour starting May 2023 at last minute without reserving adequate time for visa processing. Unfortunately, at last minute(in Apr) visa application got rejected. Frustrated with this poor planning by veenaworld and the never-responding customer service, my relative decided to cancel the tour. Since then, she is being totally ignored by Veenworld. Customer service is totally un-responsive (neither responds to her email nor picks her call). She is still awaiting for a fair refund from Veenaworld. I feel that Veenaworld is just a SCAM given the experience that my relative is going through and also based on the worst review I read everywhere. REFRAIN FROM USING ANY OF THE SERVICES FROM VEENA WORLD. I hope the management of veenworld notices these concern and take fair measures, if they still want to be in business.
