I was ordering a prom dress for my daughter from prom lily. I immediately cancelled the order after it was accidentally placed not even 5 min after it was placed. I received an email from them 2 days later stating that they would only refund me the partial amount. When I did not agree to that because the dress wouldn't have even been pulled from the stock yet or shipped so it made no sense. Then I did not receive an answer from another day to which she responded a picture of the dress and said "can you keep the dress! It's beautiful" I responded yes i would like to cancel now more than ever because the dress she sent me(dress in mannequin) did not match the dress they had advertised on the website color wise. (I have attached photos below) Once again never received a response from anyone until I emailed again requesting an answer as to if the order was cancelled or not this was 2 days it took to get this response.
