Worst customer service I've ever experienced; company is seemingly fraudulent. I googled the company before I bought anything and the website said they are in California, so I purchased headlights. Shipping came from China. The street address on their website is in Canada. They're extremely hard to contact, and when you do reach them they pretend they don't understand what you're talking about (they communicate like English is their second language). My headlights were expedited from China and one works and one doesn't. Weeks ago I sent them several emails with photos showing it's defective, and I got an auto-reply that they received my emails but I never got an actual reply from them, addressing my concerns. I messaged them on FB with photos and they responded (one reply a day, usually at 2am, ignoring my concerns), then they tried denying they saw my photos at all. Another week of the run-around from them and they promised to ship a new headlight since I'm under a 1 year warranty, but I still haven't received it and they quit replying to me. Please, spend the extra money and shop elsewhere; it'll save you from getting scammed!
