Ordered $250 worth rapid antigen tests they didn't have in stock and they won't refund!
In early January I purchased these and was advised that despite being listed as in stock on website they didn't have them and offered a refund or wait until stock arrives. Rang straight away and requested a refund. 6 weeks later I get an email saying that they have sent them anyway and no refund. I contacted them immediately and advised they weren't meant to be sent and that I had requested a refund a month earlier. I was asked to take delivery of them and they would work it out after.

I took delivery as requested, made contact again asking how they want them returned and to process my refund - nothing. 6 emails later - still nothing. I sent a final email saying I wound taken it to the department of fair trading and received and email within an hour saying sent to management.

Finally the state sales manager contacts me to say that they don't accept returns on Covid related items! Again I explained the situation, that I never wanted them and only took delivery at their request so that they could get them returned to them. Still nothing. I have continued to email and cannot get a response.

I now have to take this to the Department of fair trading - so ridiculous. Such a blatant way to try to force customers to give up and abandon their money. Appalling customer service and totally dodgy company. I intend to claim for the time this has taken me as well.
