This website clearly states in their return policy that dresses can be returned. It is why I chose this site over others. When buying a formal dress on the internet, you have to have the option to return it as you will not have a chance to try it on before purchasing.

We received the dress and it looked NOTHING like the picture of the dress on the website. I have significant experience in constructing clothing, and these were not minor differences. When I attempted to go thru the return process, they simply said they would not provide authorization nor a refund. They said they are a new business and cannot afford to offer refunds. At their request I provided pictures of the dress to show the huge differences, and they told me how I could take the dress apart and change it to look like the picture.

DO NOT do business with this company. You will not get anything even resembling what you ordered, and you definitely will not get a refund. I am going to see what I can pursue legally.
