I have a few suggestions that may improve the overall UX of your website:

Would be good if you had the ability to "shop all" for the high-level menu items such as skincare (e.g. Have the skincare menu item clickable). Another thing that would be good is improved product sorting so you can view best selling + top rated in one.

The black topbar with shipping information has quite a lot of text in it which makes it tricky to read at a glance.

When I was looking at multiple products which were open in different tabs, having to close the 5% off modal in every one was quite time-consuming and disrupted the flow. Also, once it came time to purchase, I was unable to access the 5% off modal which was a little frustrating.
