I ordered several subscriptions at a group rate ($40 total) for my mother. The company then automatically renewed all the subscriptions separately with zero notice. The money was taken from my PayPal without a chance to review, approve or renew. The rate at that time was much higher and it came to well over a hundred dollars. Magazines arrived sporadically and then not at all once an address change took place. It's been a year and they just automatically renewed again. Another $90 so far with more pending. I'm sure nothing will come and flushing money down the toilet isn't on my agenda. I checked the address and it won't update the change. So either the resin residing in my mom's old place is getting them or no one is. Either way, I'd like a partial refund. And I'd like to ensure there's no ongoing billing relationship.
