I canceled my subscription in December'21. BritBox went ahead and charged my visa for another year's subscription fee on 12-31-21. Despite numerous emails and calls to their customer service no refund has been issued. They don't even respond to the emails. Beware!

Tip for consumers:
Beware that they will charge your credit card without your authorization
