On Feb 17,2016 we ordered Office for Mac 2011, and the payment of $90.00 cleared our bank the very next day. We HAVE YET TO RECEIVE an ACTIVATION CODE or DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS. We phoned, were put on hold and got tired of waiting for Redbox to pick back up. We sent an email and received NOTHING. When we click "FREE CUSTOMER SERVICE Our customer service reps are available 24/7 to assist you" on Redbox's webpage, we get returned to the homepage. The only email address we can find on the page is *******@redboxsoftware.com - that's right: SALES!
