I do not trust this company and having spoken to them I believe the positive reviews are likely staged. I ordered something and wanted to buy a bundle item at 10% off and then use their welcome10 coupon. I was told you can't stack coupons. This is not true as my friend was able to stack coupons.
Then, their site indicates you can cancel within 24 hours. I sent an email (maybe 7 hours later) requesting the order be canceled, I phoned the following morning (maybe 14 hours later) and spoke to Cawan. I asked him to ensure the order was canceled. He said he would ensure they got the message but asked me to send another email, which I did (now 15 hours later?). The order went out. I called and asked for a return label to be issued by them. The man on the phone apologized profusely and said he would send a label... nothing. Their website says if you want to cancel chat with them. When you click the chat button it doesn't work. I have to believe that they won't accept cancellations so they $#*! around with chat buttons that don't work, emails that mean nothing, and promises that never materialize. This was my WORST experience in 15 years of online orders. I will never use them again.
