First, a product did go missing from a LS package. They sent me a video to "prove" I was wrong. I could not see the product put into the package and I told them so. Nope. Out $50+. Now I learned that LS policy is to DENY reviews that mention any pump problems! They state it is not "the product" -- absurd policy leaves people not knowing about pump issues. The pump IS part of a product. The LS "rule" is both dictatorial and not friendly to customers, nor it is satisfactory to this long term customer. They should think about all of this. Ciao, LS.
