I placed an order in Dec 2022. The estimated delivery was 12/27, then the estimated delivery changed to Jan 3...then Jan 8 and now it is Jan 13. No tracking number. No chat or Messenger or FB responses. I think Elizabeth Arden got rid of all of their customer service agents. I will NEVER order from them again.

Tip for consumers:
It would be nice to know if they actually HAVE the product they are selling. This isn't the first time I have had issues....it is almost 30 days and my order has not shipped!
