I ordered a pair boots in January and returned them early February. I really liked them but I was not comfortable with the fit. It's been almost 6 months and I still have not see. The credit posted it my account. I've sent 3 emails and get apologies and that they will process in 72 hours and I've still not seen it. I am so frustrated and don't know what recourse I have.
