I ordered the Chevron Console Table with 2 drawers. I processed an order online because they did not have it in stores, far enough. Had to order 3 times. First they took the money from the card I gave them and reversed the charges back don't know way (called my bank and all was good) The second time I never got my confirmation email. The 3rd time I had someone on the phone with me, because it now showed low stock. I ask her to check the warehouse for stock. She assured me they had one and it would be sent out ASAP. They gave me what ever they had left in the warehouse including scraps from another units. And the box was taped all around the box and the inserts smashed it looked like another snowstorm when i was pulling items out of the box. With this being a Canadian company and me ordering from Canada you would think the order and item would be mint. And the worst part is they never answer the phone at Customer service maybe Giant Tiger could hire some more staff to help with the overflow of call. You leave a message in my case I was very upset and they never call you back. It has now been 2 1/2 hours and still no call. My frustration just gets worst we will see what happens tonight or when they call back. NEVER ORDER FROM GIANT TIGER YOU JUST GET THEIR LEFT OVER PARTS
