I placed my first order 4-5 days ago. I saw that it was put on hold. I sent and email with the information it requested. Nothing for about 3 days. Then I get an email saying that couldn't find the order. All the information was in the email. I send it back and then I'm told it was because of my payment method. There is nothing wrong with my card. I use it almost daily with no issues. It took 3 tries and a different card to make this work. Had to pay more for shipping because I needed these for a trip. They probably would have made it if the first order had gone through.
Each time I try to log in, it takes several attempts to get into my account. Same info. Each time.
I haven't been impressed with your ordering/account process so far. We'll see how the shipping/clothes go before I go onto Facebook and let people know how your service/clothes are. Very disappointed so far.
