Wish I had read reviews before buying from Nueby.
BEWARE - their 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee is NOT HONORED.
1) They shipped us a product that fell apart the 1st time - so I received a replacement.
2) The 2nd product also fell apart within a week, so basically their products are complete junk.
3) I asked to mail the products back 4 times - all ignored
4) Trying to get them to honor their "satisfaction guarantee" for weeks - all my emails & calls have been ignored.
5) They basically ignore consumers until the 30-days have lapsed.
Claiming they offer 30-day satisfaction or your money back is FRAUD since they do not honor it.
Buyer Beware!
Tip for consumers:
They are lying to consumers. Posting a "30-day satisfaction guarantee" - stating you don't even have to mail the products back if you aren't happy is false advertising.
They ignore you if you ask for a refund, they ignore you if you ask to ship the products back.
Basically, that's stealing. Point blank
Products used:
Bought headphones. complete junk. The 1st set they mailed had been used and were falling apart.
