I ordered an item 12/3/21 and it said it was shipped 12/6/21 and gave me a fedex number that fedex said does not exist. I complained twice through chat and they said the carrier must have incorrectly recorded the fedex number but never did anything to find out where my package was and said at 20 days after ship date said you can cancel. I cancelled. They need to have a better way to find your package.
