They are not following what is in the contract for their employees, like for the working VISA. They should be the one to shoulder it for the OFW from the Philippines but they are deducting it on the first months salary of their employees. They make their employees work for 12-16 hours per day but they dont pay their overtime even though in the contract it says that overtime after 8 hours should be paid by the company. They dont give the time card to the employees so that theres no evidence that they worked overtime without pay. They dont give the last pay of some of their employees and cancels the contract without any definite reason or explanation. Very bad company
