I ordered my wedding programs on July 31 and still have not received them. I have spoken with customer service multiple times and at first was assured that I would get them in plenty of time. Since then, I have now been told that it is unknown when they programs will ship so I have no idea if I will get them in time for my out of town wedding on September 2. This is completely unacceptable. I places two other orders two weeks ago and those have already arrived, while the order I placed for programs in July still has not shipped. This has been the most frustrating experience with no transparency. All I have been told is that there is a "production delay." I am never ordering from this website again. It is unreliable and is causing undue stress for my wedding day.
