1-800 Contacts was easy to use and easy to order from…BUT when I had trouble getting my package from UPS and I was returned to sender I decided to just cancel my order and go with LASIK (I've been toying with it anyway). When I called to cancel my order the customer service representative was initially nice but when I said I wanted to cancel my order he responded with "Oh I can't do that but I can send out some replacements for you today." When I said I don't want replacements because I never received the first ones. I want to cancel my order he said he would try to do that and put me on hold. When he came back on the line he said he spoke with a manager and the refund wound be on my card in 3-5 days and then hung up on me. Didn't take any further information (like an order number) so I have no idea if it will actually be done or not.
