I ordered on May 5th and selected express shipping which told me it would arrive within 3 business days. Customer service told me it would take 9-11 business days. I now reached 11 days and they told me I have to wait another week. I asked for a % off and told me I have to wait until I get the item to get the refund. Very poor service as a first time shopper there, NEVEE again! And this gift was for Mother's Day.

Tip for consumers:
Alot more clear information on the express shipping details. They told me it can take 9-11 business days(which have now surpassed and still haven’t gotten my item) but on the website it says 3 business days.
