I am a resident of Blackheath Road with direct family blood links from 1985.

Mr Homes gives a false representation, his involvement identified likely that only of theoretical (requiring personal operation at a keyboard) than pragmatic and this can be credited by the questionable inaccuracy of the contents of his reports and our latest Appeal Hearing 19 July 2016 at Riverside Business Centre, Riverside Road Lowestoft, Suffolk followed by a site visit (above).

Ironically, Dr Homes acts as agent for those housing applicants clearly financially advantaged and with existing homes and other lands acquired than preferential for those different groups in the community significantly oppressed by poverty and homelessness and it is questionable whether any of their exceptions are genuine" and preventing settled communities the right to live in peace and quiet on land genuinely bought and paid than deliberate deception to secure unlawful land gain of which he is actively in the knowledge.

Mr Homes infinitely and customisable clients are of questionable authenticity and belie their own origins of style and family from Gypsies/Travellers to conveniently define that for settlers per his current client (above) and having an attitude of patronizing superiority for financial advantages and thinks he holds official bodies to ransom.

We the Residents are not seeing you through rose coloured spectacles but acting Agent to outwit from another Dale Farm fiasco at tax payers expense.

The continued and unacceptable behaviour and actions from Suffolk Constabulary, South Lowestoft Division, Blackheath Road against a disabled elderly woman (myself) and failure from the Police to protect the vulnerable and take action against ongoing and continued anti social behaviour and to instil fear to block their own failings and as a deterrent from making complaints against the Police as done to others.

PC 720 issued a Community Protection Notice Warning dated 29 June 2016 without due care for unreasonable behaviour having a detrimental impact on the quality of lives of others and to date has failed to disclose supportive dates, times, photographic and audio evidence.

PC 720 failed to seek advice from the relevant local authority for persistent and continued obstructive parking from their resident's parking inconsiderately their vehicle Reg AO15 YBP opposite my driveway access protected by a white line and contrary to advice (from 2005) from senior council officials to use the very generous and FREE parking facilities both on and off road provided and not park in such a way that it obstructs the public highway and prevents other vehicles from passing.

The parking obstruction opposite my driveway by vehicle Reg AO15 YBP was observed on several occasions and the perpetrators very strongly spoken to by a council official on 20 May 2016 to no avail which led to the convenient involvement of the Police service well known for their complete ineptness much less knowledge for the official set of rules and guidance for public road users and indemnity and encouraging public extremism.

I am going about my private and personal life and the negative actions and behaviour from the Police are causing me to feel alarmed, harassed and threatened and distressed as done previously by PC 1916 when I was then arrested for alleged criminal damage on 22 May 2015 from Police failure to date to prevent unauthorised encampments and personal and business activities rear of Blackheath Road likened to Dale Farm and obstruction to my rear access and dumping toxic waste on my land by others.

To raise the Police complaint process delivers a futile expedition and I advise Police to refer to those officials to progress positive action within their remit than the innocent categorically not connected. (myself)

The business has been brought into disrepute by its employees living in Blackheath Road, Lowestoft by using vehicle Reg C3 GYC 13 May 2016 approx. 1800 for unofficial waste collection and dumping environmental toxins and trespass onto residential property without permission with gypsies/travellers.

Previous history of business vehicle abuse on public highway.
I would strongly advise to issue more stringent controls over use of vehicles for personal activities and steer clear of such human resources.

The business I found to be dominated by a convenient avoidable and enhanced correspondences, hostile and deliberately and knowingly misrepresentation of a matter of facts from both senior partners, compounded by a convenient insightful expertise, false and misleading allegations and a very tainted course from the legal profession.
I would strongly suggest complaining to the Solicitors Regulation Authority, avoid this company and do not part with any monies and to go elsewhere.
