This is the epitome of blatant fraudulent misrepresentation. The website misleads consumers into believing that it is Braun, the worldwide German company that produces thermometers and other personal healthcare products. It is NOT. In fact, it advertises products it doesn't have. Check out BBB. I ordered a pulse oximeter that took weeks to arrive, and only after I pursued after receiving 3 invalid tracking numbers-one of those being XX. The product arrived with no mfr markings and did not work. Real junk. I initiated a return process only to be offered 5% refund, upwards in increments of 5 until their final offer of 40%, and I can keep the junk. I declined. They did offer to consider more if I, at my own expense, return the item and provide trackable shipping to a warehouse address in China because international shipping was too costly for them. I'm still blinking. I filed a claim with PayPal which, BTW, is not a smooth process.
