“30 days in and still no shirts”

Tee Cozi is absolutely horrible. I placed an order on 6/15 it's now 7/17 and according to the site my shirts are no being printed and will ship within 20 says. Regardless of COVID this is absolutely ridiculous. I contacted customer service they lied told me my order would ship on the 13th well according to the tracking info it's still being printed. I would never order from them again and I would never recommend them to anyone else. At this point I'm trying to get my money back!
