CAR COVERS AUTHORITY - CAR COVERS AUTHORITY FRAUD
I bought a car cover on 10-22-08 on the Internet for $88.40.
No delivery has occurred.

Billed at http://www.depotnet-secure.com through PayPal.
I noticed that the website changed within days, with no phone number available. Also there is no address. Many areas of the website are incomplete, but fake links.
So far PayPal has not been able to obtain a chargeback from this vendor.
The charge to my credit card was "bape clothing", but I cannot find any address or phone number for this company. Some of the websites are in Japanese.
I believe that this is part of a wide fraudulent scheme, and ask for this to be investigated.
