Wish I would have read reviews before being signed up. I have never experienced customer service this poor in any Bussiness transaction in my 30 year work history. Very quick to take your money and than no follow up to my numerous attempts to reach them to discuss my concerns. You can leave a message for customer service staff but they never call back. My bank account was charged 30 days after account was closed. I feel scammed.
