I ordered checks online. I started my order for 1 box (100 checks). I then decided I wanted 2 boxes (200 checks), so I changed the quantity accordingly. When my order arrived, I received two packages containing 100 checks, both with the same check numbers. I called customer service to report the error, but they told me I placed two orders for 100 checks each, both with the same starting number. But both boxes were on the same single order, and the only ordering options were 1,2 or 4 boxes. I simply changed from 1 to 2 boxes, assuming all check numbers would then be in sequence from the starting number I entered. The customer service agent insisted I ordered in error and could only offer free shipping on a corrected second box, which I paid full price for.
