I ordered this "free sample" that was advertised as coming from Costco Pharmacy (a complete lie), supposedly there were no strings attached. The catch of course was in the pages of fine print, they have a crafty bunch of lawyers employed. On the 15th day I was horrified to find that they had charged my credit card with $149.93. I immediately phoned my bank and informed them that I will not be paying that amount and also cancelled my credit card. I then phoned Image-Revive and firmly said that they can have their product returned unopened and I expected a complete refund. They argued that they were entitled to the full sum then offered me a 25% and later a 50% discount. I refused and concluded the conversation. I then filled in a complaint with the Canadian Ant-fraud Centre. I have to wait until the 30th March before my bank can open a dispute. DO NOT DEAL WITH IMAGE REVIVE!
