I accidently booked airline tickets through Priceline. They misspelled my name on the boarding pass. They said it was the airline's issue. The airline said it's Priceline that needs to correct the spelling. A misspelled name can cause you to be denied boarding. I know it was them, because they misspelled my name again in the billing portion of the reservation.
They even lied to me and said the spelling doesn't matter. Priceline has been a nightmare. Never again. Book direct with the airline so you aren't caught in the middle while traveling.

Their service generally is not good. The fees are high. I would suggest doing more research and try another service.
