I sent back a huge amount of clothes for a refund in January 2016 and even spoke to a representative named Myra. She said I would receive my refund the next month, February 2016. No one has done anything and no one is answering phones. I've called everyday and been on the phone for more than 30 minutes waiting. What to do?
