I followed Maaji's process in returning items, and never heard anything back. I reached out to customer service 10 days after I saw it had been received via the tracking number and never got a response. I followed up multiple times, still no response. I eventually submitted the claim to my credit card company and they reimbursed me for the charge. However, part of the payment was in a gift card which I was initially told I'd get back. When I reached out to support they said they had received the chargeback so it was taken care. I again asked about the gift card balance and followed up AGAIN, and they never responded. Awful experience.
