I emailed to see if I could get a tracking number. I emailed them once asking if my daughter's bday outfit would be here on time. They said yes and I'd recieve a tracking number. I ordered on May 8th then when I emailed them the 25th after still not getting a tracking number they cancelled an order that was for my 7 year old bday outfit she was so excited about bc they said I had mental problems and cursed them out. At first they tried to say it was cancelled bc it was suspected fraud when I got this email I did get a little nasty back so the customer service rep flat out said that she cancelled my order out of spite. Well we found my daughter a cute dress. And I have yet to get my 25$ back. They are going to say I'm crazy and cursed at them or harrassed them. I emailed 2x in 2 weeks and got nothing but nastiness back. Will add screen shots below.

HI, please show all the 33 text messages and emails you sent our agents harassing them every single day since you purchased the item, why are you not showing those photos?

This customer asked the same question 1 or 2 times each day for 33 times in total, THE SAME QUESTION.

You kept asking the same question basically everyday through email or text message and after about 15 times being told the same answer it came to the point where the question became harassing, why would our agents need to tell you every day that you would receive your order on time, shouldn't 1 or 2 times been sufficient enough for you?

You also referred to this company as a scam and scummy even though they answered the same question every single day. At that point they decided to break away from the sale because of the harassment and insults, we have strict policy about harassment and insults toward our agents.
Again the same question was answered everyday, there was no need to keep asking the same question every day because you received the same answer each time. Our agents have thousands of other customers to answer to and they cannot be held up with the same repeated question everyday.
