I ordered about $500 worth of winter clothing from this site over three weeks ago and have not received a single thing. They made me pay $95 for 3-5 day shipping to receive absolutely nothing! I have submitted several request tickets and haven't even received a single response. Their Live Online Chat brings you to a screen that says "please come back during normal business hours" which apparently is never. I've received absolutely no response whatsoever and have realized that they just simply stole my money. I am disgusted by this company and have begun to file a lawsuit against them because they clearly need to be held responsible for their actions and should be put out of business. I will make sure that they don't do this to anyone else again.
