Right on time, easy to track and always has the right order in a box. Terrific customer service. No complaints and its always faster than it says it will be. I receive a day or two sooner than dates on tracking say.

Job well done, never any issues with Macy's shipping and delivery. Boxes are never torn or damaged and what I purxhase is in new condition with tags.

Ordered new covers and Ipad. Received covers, Ipad went to an address we had 6 yrs earlier. No idea how 2 items made it to the correct address but the most expensive item is sent somewhere else. I called to track package and I was told after a very confusing phone call that the item was at old address. It was only 20 minutes away so I went there and no surprise but the people that now "rent" the house havent seen a package, but FED EX shows that it was delivered. I can Assume they stole the Ipad. I call and tell Apple what happened, spend another 40 min on phone, they agree to ship me another one and when it finally arrives - about 3 weeks after I ordered it, its the wrong one. Not a great experience.

On several occassions when I have ordered from Kohl's, I get the worng items in my shipment or I have items missing. The box arrives with some of my order. This usually means that a plastic bag is coming later. The bags are worn out and have come torn up. Not a good shipping department.

They should be out of business! Ordered 2 shirts at beginning of the month. Paid for 6-10 day expedited fee. My card was billed INSTANTLY. 8 days later I get a conf that my items have shipped. It gives me a tracking number with 22 digits, that goes nowhere. The number is invalid in every delivery organization I try, which included the links they sent me. I have emailed Fairy Season twice with complaints, never heard back from anyone. Still have no shirts. NO REASON TO BUY FROM HERE OR PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING. ALL BOGUS! Find a different site to order from. This company SUCKS! You will not be happy with your transaction.
