I have written this on trustpilot but willl write it here too.
Bought a squier classic vibe 50s Stratocaster from Bax Music after not being able to find one anywhere else at a reasonable price. All other ones in the website were sold out apart from the Sunburst. I was out when it was delivered but when I got back a few days later and opened it up I found a defect on the headstock and two reasonable scratches on the bodywork.
I got in touch with bax music to ask them what could we done about this and if I could get a partial refund. They responded saying we can offer compensation in the form of a voucher, but we need to see proof of these defects in a photograph. I sent through two photographs, Which was days ago and have heard absolutely nothing since
Very disappointed in the service, probably would not use again
Update: I also went through the official channel for return on the website, stating exactly the same and that I can't send it back and instead require either a refund or compensation. I have heard absolutely nothing! I'm disgusted at this level of customer service
