I called in to verify they had the products I wanted which were on the website and after some time they said that for sure the products I wanted (4 Sitka jackets) were in stock and available. So I placed the order. Two days later I get an email saying that one of them is on back-order indefinitely. Frustrating, but I guess I'll have to figure something out for that one. So I tell them to cancel the backorder item and ship the rest of the order. Then I get an email saying my entire order has been refunded. I follow up with a "why didn't you do as I asked and ship what you could?" to which the reply was basically "sorry, my apologies". No offer to place a new order, no direction. I guess they don't want a $1000 order. Sub par experience.
