This was our first order for making a coin, so there were a lot of learning curves on my part. It was very easy working with Michele. She was prompt to respond and made the process quick. We are under a very short delivery time and most the other coin providers could not make our deadline. We will wait to see what happens as today we just ordered. We had made 7 proofs before getting where we wanted. Mostly because we did not know what all could be done.
