Had a problem with installing ProPuppet with macOS system Monterey. I went on a chat line and I was promptly serviced with some quick fixes. When that did not work, I was able to participate in a screen share and the problem was solved as well as others that would have arisen in the future. The service was excellent and was complete. This reinforces my confidence in pixel film Studios and I would endorse them wholeheartedly. Thank you
