The last 3 surveys I have done, on Product Report Card, have taken me over 1/2 hour each to complete, only to be taken to a sulky face page that says I didn't qualify. Each of these surveys, were fully completed.

Customer service advises that they can't help it if their clients late disqualify people. This is more than "late" disqualification... it is getting free information.

I can understand 1, maybe. 2 is a stretch, but 3 in a row, is downright unethical, and thievery.

The only reason I gave it one star, is because there's nothing lower.

“I’ve noticed the same thing a lot lately too! Finishing up the survey or product test qualification only to be redirected to the big blue frowny-face. You are absolutely correct and that it is becoming thievery at this point.”
