I ordered items from this website. It was for Christmas, so I ordered a month in advance so that they would get here in time.
1. The items did not.
2. The company emailed me about the delay, offered me a full refund, THEN sent the refund to the wrong person.
3. Once I pointed it out to the company, they refused to send my refund to me because I received the purchase by then.
4. They then offered me a Partial refund of $3.99 (of a $70.00 purchase).
