They automatedly renew your subscription without communication at all. All subscriptions are NON REFUNDBLE although on their payment terms it is stated that ‘'…SOME types of subscription account that we offer MAY renew automatically at the conclusion of each subscription period''.
In addition, if you wish to cancel your subscription there are only 2 bad option for the costumers:
1. Cancel the subscription sometime before the next payment, lose access as a member for period that was already paid in full
2. Remember to log to the website prior to the next payment to cancel the subscription. No option to select a future date to stop the subscription. Given the fact that the company do not notify the costumers prior to the renewal I am afraid I will miss the next payment again.

Thanks for your review. We do want to clarify some misinformation that you posted. We have school district subscriptions that do not automatically renew, but our records showed you did select an automatically renewing subscription. Your renewal date and price were available at all times through your profile settings. You do not lose access to your subscription when you can cancel if there is time remaining. This information is stated in our payment terms and was specifically clarified to you when you reached out to customer support. It was stated that the subscription was already unlocked at the time of sale meaning you already have a year's worth of subscription service available on your account.
